Knowledge

We spread knowledge that leads to change. Through research, expertise and experiences we contribute to increased understanding of young people’s mental health. We gather and share insights that can help individuals, organizations and decision-makers make better decisions and create better conditions for young people.

KNOWLEDGE

Party leaders’ debate

For the first time in Sweden’s history, party leaders and party representatives met in a debate about young people’s mental health.

As part of Sweden’s largest manifestation for young people’s mental health – an initiative that brings together 43 civil society organizations – the Tim Bergling Foundation helped organize the debate together with Ångestpodden and Sweden’s student unions at Avicii Arena.

Emotion Lab

More and more young people need tools to manage their emotions. Emotion Lab is a practical guide full of resources to break the stigma around the most valuable thing we have – our feelings.

KNOWLEDGE

Break the Silence

With Break the Silence the initiators want to continue to keep the focus on the issue of young people’s mental health. The launch of The World’s Most Expensive Cap and the opening of the store UNSLNT are the first in a series of new activities within the initiative.

How are you?

Sometimes things we experience in life can seem impossible to handle. But with support from others, we can. A simple conversation is often an important first step.

Don’t be afraid to let your friends, family, teachers or someone else in your community know how you’re feeling.

If you’d rather stay anonymous when asking for help, there are helplines and chat services with volunteers and professionals who are here for you.
