Engagement

Avicii Arena fosters engagement around young people’s mental health through experiences, meeting places, and initiatives. We want to give more people the opportunity to participate, contribute, and be part of the movement towards a future where there is room for every emotion.

ENGAGEMENT

Dance for Life

Students gathered on the floor of Avicii Arena to dance, create a sense of community and together break the silence around mental ill-health and suicide. A powerful initiative that reminds us that together we can make a difference.

ENGAGEMENT

Together For a Better Day

Since its premiere in 2021, Together For A Better Day has established itself as one of Sweden’s most significant concerts. Through the power of music people gather at Avicii Arena and create community, hope and optimism for the future. An evening that truly shines a light on young people’s mental health!

ENGAGEMENT

Together in Tune

On 19 May 2026 the largest choir concert in Sweden in 33 years took place when 3333 music class students sang at Together In Tune in Avicii Arena.

ENGAGEMENT

Break the Silence x Ångestpodden

On the three-year anniversary in 2024 we talked about feelings together with Ångestpodden. The episode features the band Norlie & KKV, triathlon champion Lisa Norden, the Tim Bergling Foundation and students from Praktiska Gymnasiet in Uppsala.

How are you?

Sometimes things we experience in life can seem impossible to handle. But with support from others we can. A simple conversation is often an important first step.

Don’t be afraid to let your friends, family, teachers or someone else in your community know how you’re feeling.

If you prefer to remain anonymous when asking for help, there are helplines and chat services with volunteers and professionals who are here for you.
