Avicii Arena For a Better Day

The arena where there is space for every emotion. Avicii Arena is more than a place for concerts, sports and major experiences. It is also a platform to increase understanding, engagement and openness around young people’s mental health.

A gramophone for young people’s mental health

Avicii Arena is one of Sweden’s largest meeting places where young people gather through music, sport and live experiences. This makes the arena a unique place to reach a wide audience and create relevance in an issue that affects many.

Through initiatives and activities in three areas, visibility, knowledge and participation, we want to make it easier to talk about mental health.

Our engagement on and around the arena includes

Visibility

We raise the issue in the arena and in our channels to normalize the conversation around mental health issues.

Knowledge

We provide insights, language and understanding through targeted initiatives.

How are you?

Sometimes things we experience in life can seem impossible to handle. But with support from others, we can. A simple conversation is often an important first step.

Don’t be afraid to let your friends, family, teachers or someone else in your community know how you’re feeling.

If you prefer to remain anonymous when asking for help, there are helplines and chat services with volunteers and professionals who are here for you.
