No bags are allowed at this event.
The Swedish Police Authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted for medical reasons upon presenting a valid medical certificate.

Your tickets
Resale and transfer for AXS and Ticketmaster will be available on Monday, April 21 for those attending the concert on Wednesday, April 23, and on Tuesday, April 22 for those attending the concert on Thursday, April 24. This does not apply to VIP tickets, as they are personal and cannot be resold via AXS Resale. AXS Platinum tickets can only be transferred.
Since there are two concert days, please double-check which day you have purchased tickets for.
An order confirmation is not enough – you must scan the barcode on your PDF ticket or the QR code in the app to enter the arena.

To use your app tickets (Mobile ID) from AXS, you must download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you are unable to attend, you have the option to resell your app tickets from AXS via the Stockholm Live app. Read more here. Not applicable for AXS Platinum.

17:00 Entrance 2 opens - Welcome to Garden, Taqueria, and Legends
18:00 Entrances 4 and 6 open
19:00 The support act starts the concert, then it is time for Billie Eilish!
22:30 The concert ends (approx.)
Garden, Taqueria, and Legends open for those who wish to eat and drink before the concert, but access to the arena room will be granted later.
A plant-based menu will be served at this event.
Please note! Queueing in connection with the event is allowed from 07:00 on the day of the event at entrance 4. Earlier queueing is not permitted due to safety reasons and to avoid disruption to daily operations in the area. Camping is not allowed. Stockholm Live and the promoter are not responsible for the queue or queue tickets.
Getting here
Avicii Arena is located in Johanneshov, south of Stockholm. The closest station is Globen, however, due to high attendance at events, it might be beneficial to consider other nearby stations such as Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, and Enskede gård. To plan your journey, please use the SL travel planner.
There will be heavy traffic in the area, and parking areas are limited. We kindly ask you to leave your car at home and use public transport to and from the arena. For those traveling longer distances and needing a car, we recommend drive-in-parking and taking public transport for the final stretch to the arena. Information about drive-in-parking can be found here.
For visitors to Terrace East & Terrace West (Section C) Once you enter through entrance 6, you will find signs and stairs leading up to Terrace East (entrance 6 east) and Terrace West (entrance 6 west). Need an elevator? Ask our event hosts, and they will show you the way.

Practical information
No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside the arena. It is also not permitted to bring umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food or drinks.
There will be a cloakroom available for outerwear (no bags) at a cost of 50 SEK per item. There is no storage available for bags or other items inside the arena.
A large number of visitors is expected, and due to the high level of security, entry may take some time. To ensure a smooth entry, please arrive well in advance.
Assistance on-site
Our event staff will be there to assist you throughout the event. You can also visit the information desk at entrance 2.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for purchase at entrances 2 and 6.
Reverb
Billie Eilish’s REVERB Eco-Action Village will be located at entrance 2.
