Bag Ban Policy
No bags are allowed at this event.
The Swedish Police Authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted for medical reasons upon presenting a valid medical certificate, as well as for people with children in need of a nursery bag. Bags brought for medical reasons may only be as large as necessary to contain the medication or equipment. Over-the-counter medications are not covered by the exception.

Time Schedule
17:30 Entrance 2 opens – Welcome to Garden and Legends
18:00 Entrances 4 and 6 open
19:30 Rachel Chinouriri starts the evening, then it is time for Sabrina Carpenter!
22:00 (approximately) The concert ends
The schedule applies to both concert days.
The restaurants Garden and Legends open for those who want to eat and drink before the concert. The arena room will open later.
Note! Queuing for the event is allowed from 07:00 on the event day by entrance 4. Earlier queuing is not allowed due to safety reasons and to avoid disturbing daily activities in the area. Camping is not permitted. Stockholm Live and the organizer are not responsible for the queue or queue tickets.
Getting here
Avicii Arena is located in Johanneshov, south of Stockholm. The closest station is Globen, however, due to high attendance at events, it might be beneficial to consider other nearby stations such as Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, and Enskede gård. To plan your journey, please use the SL travel planner.
There will be heavy traffic in the area, and parking areas are limited. We kindly ask you to leave your car at home and use public transport to and from the arena. For those traveling longer distances and needing a car, we recommend drive-in-parking and taking public transport for the final stretch to the arena. For visitors to Terrace East & Terrace West (Section C) Once you enter through entrance 6, you will find signs and stairs leading up to Terrace East (entrance 6 east) and Terrace West (entrance 6 west). Need an elevator? Ask our event hosts, and they will show you the way.

Practical information
Bag ban & cloakroom
No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside the arena. It is also not permitted to bring prams, umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food or drinks.
There will be a cloakroom available for outerwear (no bags) in the foyer, at a cost of 50 SEK per item. On Thursday, there will also be a cloakroom at entrance 4.
There is no storage for bags or other items in the arena.
A large number of visitors are expected, and due to high security levels, entry may take time. For a smooth entrance, arrive early!
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for sale at entrance 2, which will be open:
Wednesday 2/4: 14:00–20:00
Thursday 3/4 & Friday 4/4: 11:00–16:00
You will also find merchandise at entrance 6 and at section A6 inside the arena, available on the concert day from the time the entrances open.
Assistance on-site
Our event staff are available to assist you throughout the event. You can also visit the information desk at entrance 2 for any assistance.
Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.
Your tickets
Since there are two concert days, please double-check which day you have purchased tickets for.
An order confirmation is not enough – you must scan the barcode on your PDF ticket or the QR code in the app to enter the arena.
Tickets from AXS
To use your app tickets (Mobile ID) from AXS, you must download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you are unable to attend, you have the option to resell your app tickets from AXS via the Stockholm Live app. Read more here.
