WE WILL ROCK YOU is the hit musical based on songs by Queen - and is coming to Avicii Arena 2025!

This musically and visually spectacular show is now heading out on a major arena tour following this summer's success at Dalhalla. Welcome to a fast-paced show featuring stunning lighting, fantastic costumes, and, most importantly, classic rock music performed by an ensemble that includes Sarah Dawn Finer, Viktor Norén, Dotter, and Anton Ewald.

The age limit is 13 years, which applies even when accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is due to Swedish authorities' regulations regarding the limitation of high noise levels for young people.

More about We Will Rock You

The musical, written by British comedian and author Ben Elton in collaboration with Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor, is set in a dystopian future where originality and individuality are suppressed, and rock music has been forgotten. But then, a lone dreamer appears to fulfill a prophecy that will bring rock back to life. The musical also serves as a partial satire of the entertainment industry, with Ben Elton drawing some inspiration from the sci-fi thriller The Matrix.

The musical is performed in Swedish with songs in their original English.

Show length: 2.5 hours, including intermission.

Avicii Arena is located in Johanneshov in south of Stockholm. Within easy walking distance there are six metro stations including Gullmarsplan - Stockholm's second largest hub for public transport with trams and buses.

Practical information

No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside. It is also not permitted to bring umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food and drinks into the arena.

Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.

Your tickets

If you have chosen app tickets (Mobile ID tickets), you need to download the Stockholm Live app or update the app if you have the older version, to retrieve your tickets. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.
