Queuing
Please note: Queuing for the event is allowed from 07:00 on the day of the event at the entrance specified on your ticket. Earlier queuing is not permitted for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting daily activities in the area. Camping is not allowed. Stockholm Live and the organizer are not responsible for queues or queue numbers.
Getting here
Avicii Arena is located in Johanneshov in southern Stockholm. The nearest station is Globen, but to avoid congestion you can also use Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, or Enskede gård. Plan your trip with SL's travel planner.
Construction work in the area makes access difficult, and during events traffic is heavy and parking is limited. We recommend leaving the car at home and using public transport. If you must drive, use a park-and-ride facility and continue by public transport for the last part of the journey. Information about park-and-ride locations can be found here.
For visitors to Terrace East & Terrace West (level C)
After entering through entrance 6, you will find signs and stairs leading up to Terrace East (entrance 6 east) and Terrace West (entrance 6 west). Need an elevator? Ask our event staff and they will guide you.
Accessibility

Practical information
For a smooth entry
It is not permitted to bring bags larger than 40x40x20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food, or drinks into the arena. Cloakrooms are available near the entrances (SEK 50 per item).
Many visitors are expected, and since the security level is high, entry may take time. For a smooth entry, please arrive early.
Merchandise
Merchandise is available near the entrances.
Help on site
If you experience any issues with your tickets, please visit the ticket office at Globentorget or contact one of our event staff for further assistance. Any complaints must always be raised directly on site. After the event has ended, the tickets are considered accepted by you as a visitor.
Your tickets
An order confirmation is not sufficient – you must scan the QR code in the app to enter the arena. The entrance you should use is shown on your ticket.
Tickets from AXS
To use your app tickets (Mobile ID) from AXS, you must download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.

For those with standing tickets, there is also a bar open until 22:40.
There are kiosks with lighter meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the arena.
The kiosks at sections A2, A15, B10, and B25 are open until the end of the show, and other concessions close at 21:20.
