Getting here
Avicii Arena is located in Johanneshov in southern Stockholm. The nearest station is Globen, but to avoid congestion you can also use Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, or Enskede gård. Plan your trip with SL’s travel planner.
There is heavy traffic and limited parking in the arena area. We recommend leaving the car at home and using public transport. If you must drive, use a park-and-ride facility and continue by public transport for the last part of the journey. Information about park-and-ride locations can be found here.
To visitors in Terrace East & Terrace West (Level C)
After entering through entrance 9, you will find signs and stairs leading up to Terrace East (entrance 9 East) and Terrace West (entrance 9 West). Need an elevator? Ask one of our event hosts and they will guide you.
Accessibility

Dinner, drinks, or just something to snack on during the event?
Whatever you’re in the mood for, you’ll find it at Avicii Arena.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve tables in the restaurants.

If you have standing tickets, you’ll have access to a bar that is open until the end of the show. Alcohol service closes 30 minutes before the show ends.
There are kiosks offering light meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the arena. The kiosks at sections A2, A15, B10, and B25 will remain open until the end of the show, while all other kiosks close at 20:40.

A more sustainable arena experience
We are now using reusable cups throughout Avicii Arena. Please bring your cup from the stands and place it in one of the collection bins located around the arena – you can’t miss them!
Practical information
For a smooth entry
It is not permitted to bring bags larger than 30x20x10 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food, or drinks into the arena.
Cloakrooms for outerwear (no bags) will be available at entrances 2 and 6 at a cost of 50 SEK per item. There is no storage for other belongings inside the arena.
A large number of visitors are expected, and since the security level is high, entry may take some time. To ensure a smooth entry, please arrive early.
On-site assistance
If you experience any issues inside the arena, please visit the information desk at entrance 2 or contact one of our event hosts for further assistance. Any complaints must always be made directly on site. After the event has taken place, your seats are considered approved by you as a visitor.
Your tickets
An order confirmation is not sufficient – you must scan the barcode on your PDF ticket or the QR code in the app to enter the arena. If you have entrance 4 on your ticket, then you should use entrance 2 or 6 instead.
To use your app tickets (AXS Mobile ID), you must download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you are unable to attend, you have the option to resell your app tickets from AXS via the Stockholm Live app. Read more here.
