Bag policy
Following the announcement from the Police Authority that the bag ban has now been lifted, we can confirm that no bag ban will apply during the concert.
However, please note that bags larger than 40x40x20 cm are not allowed inside the arena. All bags will be checked at the entrance.

Getting here
Avicii Arena is located in Johanneshov, south of Stockholm. The closest station is Globen, however, due to high attendance at events, it might be beneficial to consider other nearby stations such as Gullmarsplan, Skärmarbrink, Blåsut, Sandsborg, and Enskede gård. To plan your journey, please use the SL travel planner.
There will be heavy traffic in the area, and parking areas are limited. We kindly ask you to leave your car at home and use public transport to and from the arena. For those traveling longer distances and needing a car, we recommend park-and-ride facilities and taking public transport for the final stretch to the arena. Accessibility
If you have chosen an accessibility seat and are arriving by paratransit, please use entrance 1, located to the left of entrance 2.

Kiosks offering light meals, snacks, and drinks are located throughout the arena and open at the same time as the entrances.
The kiosks near sections A2 and A15 will remain open until the concert ends; all other stands close at 20:40.
Reusable cups
We now use reusable cups at Avicii Arena. Please bring your cup from the stands and return it to one of the collection bins placed around the arena.

Practical information
For a smooth entry
Bags larger than 40x40x20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food, or drinks are not permitted inside the arena.
A cloakroom will be available for outerwear (no bags) at a cost of 50 SEK per item. Please note that there is no bag storage at the arena.
Large crowds are expected, and due to a high level of security, entry may take some time. To ensure a smooth entry, please arrive well in advance.
Merchandise
Merchandise stands will be available near Entrances 2, 4, and 6.
On-site assistance
Our event hosts are there to assist you throughout the event. You can also visit the information desk by entrance 2 if you need help.
Your tickets
An order confirmation is not sufficient, you must scan the barcode on your PDF ticket or the QR code on your mobile device to enter the arena. You can see which entrance to use on your ticket.
To use your app tickets (AXS Mobile ID), you must download the Stockholm Live app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you are unable to attend, you have the option to resell your app tickets from AXS via the Stockholm Live app. Read more here.
