For most events, you can book a wheelchair spot on our website or through the Stockholm Live app. If that option isn’t available, please contact our ticket provider AXS and they will be happy to assist you.
At Avicii Arena, wheelchair seating is available at Stand A. The number of seats may vary by event. Guests with reduced mobility using a wheelchair can bring one companion, included in the ticket price. The companion will be seated next to or behind the wheelchair space, subject to availability. If more than one companion is needed, you will be required to present a certificate at the entrance.

Guests with reduced mobility
For guests with reduced mobility, we suggest booking seats in the higher rows of Stand A or B to avoid steps.
Stand A starts at row 18. Rows lower than this will be one step down from the previous row (for example, row 17 is one step down from row 18). Along Stand B’s lengthy side, access begins at row 4 out of 22. If walking is a challenge, consider selecting a seat around row 4. Feel free to bring your crutches into the arena for your convenience.

Other accessibility seats
For most events, we provide accessibility seats for individuals with disabilities who require a companion. These designated seats are located in section A18, row 17, and the companion’s seat is included in the ticket price, positioned behind the main seat.
If you want help with your booking, contact our ticket vendor AXS and they will help you.

Transport service
Guests arriving via transport service can be dropped off and picked up at the front of Quality Hotel Globe. From the hotel, you can access the arena square using a lift, where our Arena staff will meet you and accompany you to your seat.
If you are booking a transport service to take you home after an event, please allow around 30 minutes when making the reservation. The exact finishing times of concerts and matches are rarely provided in advance.

Reduced mobility with own car
For individuals with reduced mobility who carry a disability permit, designated parking spaces can be found in Globen Shopping and in Arenagaraget below Tele2 Arena. Please note that these spots tend to fill up quickly, especially during busy times at the shopping mall and on event days.
During the event
Visual interpretation
At concerts there is equipment available for borrowing. However, it is the promoter who decides whether the event will have audio description and which audio pick-up system will be used. You can find specific details about the promoter on the event page.
Guide or assistance dogs
Guide or assistance dogs are allowed to accompany their owners to the accessibility seats in each arena. If you wish to book this type of seat, please contact info@stockholmlive.com.
